MiHIA’s Heath Dashboard 4.0, or “Dashboard” brings community health-related statistical data, local resources, and a wealth of information into one, accessible and user-friendly location. Powered by Conduent (formerly Healthy Communities Institute (HCI)), the Dashboard provides faster and more visual tools to compare demographic and secondary data on health factors and quality of life to local, state, and national goals and prior values, side-by-side.
Below are ways to join in on providing quick access to information that could help advance the mission and vision of improving the Quadruple Aim.

A mini-dashboard can include up to six indicators and can be displayed vertically or horizontally. Your mini-dashboard will always be up-to-date and link back to the indicator on the MiHIA Health Dashboard 4.0.
